Taya is ONE!

Another one of our baby club members, we've been photographing Taya since she was only a couple weeks old (even earlier if you count the maternity session!) :)

This little girl is nothing short of a challenge in the camera room...she would give me one good shot and if I missed it, well....I was bumming!

I think we caught most of those fleeting smiles though.....enjoy the preview!

Newborn Session - Alex

We have been seeing a LOT of newborns in the studio lately-- it's been so interesting to see the different personalities of each little cutie.

When Alex's mom brought him in, I could tell immediately that this was going to be something special-- he slept like a ROCK! I loved being able to mold him in to any position I wanted!

A Model Review

Kayla came to us last week looking to develope her modeling portfolio. She had some great accessories and great attitude!

I love this hat!

Known for her fierce looks, Kayla wanted to develope her serious side.

We had an awesome studio session and created some images that were both intense and fun.

Dave & Beth: Wedding Preview

What says love more than getting married on Valentine's Day? :)

Dave and Beth met with us a couple months prior to their wedding and I was excited for the opportunity to photograph inside the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Grand Rapids! Both Jason and myself enjoy scoping out new locations and seeing what we can do with them...my favorite are the otherwise overlooked nooks and crannies :)

I loved how genuinely happy this couple seemed! You could tell how deeply in love they are by the way they looked at each other and the smiles that never left their faces the entire day.
