Evan -- [ Holland, MI Newborn Photographer]

Meet little Evan!

This first shot is my favorite. This kiddo's got it all -- hair, those cheeks, those LIPS and the awesome baby rolls already. How sweet is he??

Martha & Joey -- [Holland, Mi Wedding Photographer]

Only a handful of times a year do Jason and I actually get to photograph a wedding together. I wish that we could more often -- our styles compliment each other extremely well and because we are SO familiar with how the other shoots, we get a better variety of images.

Martha and Joey were married at the United Methodist church in downtown Holland and the reception was held at the Butternut Event Center. This was the first time for both of us photographing in both locations, which doesn't happen very often.

I am a huge fan of birdcage veils. I always get excited when the bride pulls one out because I know that I'm going to get some awesome shots. Martha's eyes popped with her veil -- loved it!

See?? This is why I love these veils!

A little preface to these reception pics. The first one is pretty awesome. You will first notice the bride's expression -- shocked! Why? Because the dj was counting down to the toss, however she threw the bouquet early. But the real story is what those ladies are doing in the background. Honestly, if I hadn't been there I would have thought there was going to be riot.

And now you have the groom. Doing the worm. Need I say more?

And finally, Jason's (always will be better than mine) ring pics.

Brianna & Joey -- [Holland, MI Wedding Photography]

Brianna and Joey can be summed up in two words -- absolutely adorable.

Jason and I had a blast photographing their engagement session, and the wedding wasn't any different (except this time I had Jessica shooting with me for the day)! They both were extremely low-key, and just looked as if they were thoroughly enjoying there day. Yes, I know you're suppose to enjoy your wedding day -- but you would be surprised at how many couples have trouble just relaxing!

The wedding was held at the Central Park Chapel here in Holland and the reception followed at Boatwerks (yum!). I really enjoyed the details in this wedding as well, including the cookies from deBoer Bakkerij right across the street from our studio (double yum!).
